I am extremely grateful for My Italian Family's expertise and guidance through my dual citizenship application process. I have been a "Start to Finish" customer over the last (almost) 2 years and am pleased to have had my citizenship recognized this week. I appreciate the efficiency, organization, and knowledge that MIF provided and CANNOT imagine how my process would have looked without their support. I will say that one element of my application was not included as expected due to some personnel changes on the MIF team, but when this came to light, Bianca and team immediately reacted to rapidly understand the root cause and resolve the situation, doing the right thing to fully support me.
