Fees & Timeline
Fees: US $500 processing fee to request each individual Birth, Marriage, Death, and Certificate of Citizenship Record. This service does not qualify for a discount.
Timeline: It is hard to say how long it may take to receive the document requested: usually it's about 6 to 8 weeks or more. Italian public sources will be solicited after 5 weeks, first by fax or email and then by telephone. Ultimately, you will either receive the record(s) requested or a notification of No Record Found. We are not responsible in the event the Italian Postal Service does not deliver or damages the documents. If that happens, we suggest you submit a new order.
Disclaimer: Italian document municipal fees vary and may be as high as €300. For any municipal fee exceeding €150, the client will be responsible for the difference, to be paid prior to document delivery.
