Before sending one of our professional researchers to your town of origin, we always perform a preliminary research to make sure your Italian Ancestor was indeed born in the town you provided. All our Research Options are for one family line in one town only. It may happen, although not very often, that the family was originally from a different town; in that case we will determine with you what would be the additional cost to move our research efforts to another location. In the event you choose not to proceed, we will charge you for the number of generations we were able to research while onsite in the town you listed in your order.
